The Adults & Children’s Alliance (ACA) is a trusted nonprofit resource dedicated to supporting licensed family child care providers across Minnesota. We proudly serve providers in 48 counties, with the majority—approximately 80%—located in the Twin Cities’ seven-county metropolitan area.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
