INSURANCE    Save money on the high cost of individual policies by purchasing insurance at group rates. As a member of one of the largest child care groups in the United States, you can count on top coverage at low rates and effective individualized service. Family child care providers can purchase accident and liability insurance.

AUTOMATED PARENT PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR ALL STATES

PRODUCTS & RESOURCES    The Alliance has a variety of products and resources available to members at reduced cost, including Kids Kare Calendars, parent contracts, illness policy forms, receipt pads, books and information on and for your child care service.

CHILD CARE REPORT    Members receive the Child Care Report newsletter on a regular basis. The Report keeps you up-to-date on current issues and provides valuable information.

EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE    Do you have equipment or supplies your business no longer uses? Call the Alliance office and list them for sale at no extra cost. Does your business need equipment? Call the Alliance office for information on what is available for purchase.

DISCOUNTS    Alliance members are eligible to receive discounts on child care related items and services.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT FUND    A portion of each annual membership fee is dedicated to the "Child Development Fund" to help support worthwhile projects assisting children, child care, and child care providers.

COMMUNITY CHILD CARE PARTNERSHIP    To better serve our members, a portion of our fees are used to support and assist state and local child care associations and organizations to address specific needs in their communities. You, as a member, may designate which association or organization, participating in the Alliance "Community Partnership" program, you wish to support. Please list your selection (choose one only) in the space provided on the application. If you are unsure whether your selection is a program participant, you may contact them or the Alliance office. If your association or organization is not currently a participant and would like more information, please contact the Alliance office.

PEN PAL PROGRAM    Correspond with other home or center child care providers across the country. We send your name to a child care provider and send you the name of a provider for you and the children to write to.

INTERNET SERVICE    Members may access the Internet through “ACALINK” for a reduced fee.

BACK-UP CARE SERVICE (family child care only)    Need time off for personal needs and obligations? Family child care providers can call the Alliance for names of licensed providers in their area who offer back-up care. Need to temporarily fill a spot, meet other providers, or develop references? As a member, you may list yourself as a back-up provider.
