A Provider whose home is not in a Tier I area, may receive Tier I rates for all enrolled children if the Providers household meets the income standards for free or reduced price meals. If you believe your family meets the income guidelines for a Tier I home, you must complete a Family Size Income Data Sheet (FSIDS) form and supply all required income documentation. Effective
